Northwest Financial LLC works together with its parent company, Northwest Federal Credit Union, to offer NWFCU members a wide range of products and services. If you become a member of NWFCU, we may obtain information about the products and services you maintain with NWFCU to serve you more efficiently and make it easier for you to conduct business with us. Likewise, we may share information with NWFCU about the products and services you maintain with us to make conducting business within the Northwest Financial LLC family easy and convenient for you.

Maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information
We do not share any personal information about you or our former customers with third parties except as permitted or required by law, and as necessary for business purposes. For example, we may share information to comply with U.S. tax laws or court orders. We may also share information with companies that process your transactions for us. These companies act on our behalf and are obligated to keep any information we share with them confidential.

Northwest Financial LLC seeks to meet the financial needs of all customers. Accordingly, we may enter into agreements with other companies to offer you high-quality financial products and services at reduced prices. We may also enter into agreements with companies that provide mail services to notify you of our products and services or other special promotions.

Under those agreements, Northwest Financial LLC may share your account-related information such as name and address. These agreements require that your information be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of offering you products, services, or promotions approved by the Board of Directors of Northwest Financial LLC.
