  • Obtain and review title abstracts
  • Issue title insurance commitments and insured closing protection letters
  • Pro-rate real property taxes and assessments
  • Pay off existing liens
  • Obtain and review surveys
  • Prepare the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and other related documents
  • Disburse funds and record documents
  • Issue final title policy

Our fees are industry competitive.  Plus, members who use NWTE to handle the settlement of their purchase transaction will receive a $100 discount.
