Denise Proctor joined Northwest Financial Advisors (NWFA) as a financial advisor in May 2026. She has over 21 years of experience in wealth management, most recently working as a senior financial advisor for Wilmington Advisors @ M&T.

Denise takes a personal, collaborative approach to her work, carefully guiding individuals and families on how they can effectively manage their assets and pursue a solid financial foundation for the future. She has a proven track record of delivering customized financial plans and providing ongoing education to clients. Her mission is to help clients navigate life’s transitions by listening to what matters most, fostering a financial foundation built on trust.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Denise also holds Financial Institution Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 63 and Series 7 licenses.* She graduated from American University with a BSBA in Finance & Marketing, demonstrating an early interest in finance and managing money.

A resident of Crofton, MD, Denise likes to spend time with her family and friends, attend music events and travel in her spare time.
